While talking with IANS on his experience in India and his next project Nolan said "I ne'er build plans thus far ahead. However, I had an incredible experience in India, and that I undoubtedly wish to come back and work a lot of in India with Indian actors. I do not understand what I am doing next".
The Oscar-winning Hollywood maverick filmed crucial scenes of his 2012 world blockbuster "The Dark Knight Rises" in Jodhpur. He conjointly shot parts of his new film "Tenet" in Mumbai. For "Tenet", he set up his camera at locations in Mumbai such as Breach Candy Hospital, Colaba Causeway, Colaba Market, Gateway of India, Grant Road, Royal Bombay Yacht Club, and Taj Mahal Palace Hotel.
