There is a dispute over the mosque in Ujjain, after Varanasi.

After the news of Shivling being found in Gyanvapi Masjid of Varanasi, the matter of having a Shiva temple in the mosque without foundation in Ujjain has heated up. Police force has been deployed at many religious places marked in the city. According to Ujjain Police, every effort is being made from the point of view of security.

Atuleshanand has appealed to the administration that along with photography and videography of the mosque, historical evidence should be investigated. After the summer vacation is over, he has also said to file a petition in the court. He has also said that he will soon recite Hanuman Chalisa and Sundarkand in the mosque. In view of the seriousness of the matter, the district administration has deployed  police force around the mosque. The SP of Ujjain has said that no one will be allowed to disturb the communal atmosphere of the city.

Mahamandaleshwar said that Raja Bhoj was a devotee of Shiva and defeated Ghaznabi in 1026.At the same time he built a Shiva temple in our Ujjain, which is called Choti Bhojshala and a Bhojshala is situated in Dhar where Saraswati Mata is worshiped. He had built a Shiva temple in Ujjain, many such temples were built across the country. The Shiva temple built in Ujjain was demolished and captured by the Mughal rulers in 1600 and is today known as the Mosque without foundation.

He had also renovated the Kedarnath temple. Ujjain, which was held by Muslim Mughal emperors in 1600, is one such unusual location. It is currently known as the foundationless mosque. We went into the mosque without a foundation in 2007 and witnessed elephant-horse statues, including Ganeshji. And on the stones there were statues of huge guard soldiers.

After the statement of Mahamandaleshwar Atuleshanand Maharaj, the police administration swung into action. Additional SP Akash Bhuria said that it was learned through social media that there has been a situation of deteriorating peace and order in the city.At some locations, fixed points have been erected. In addition, from a security standpoint, police have been stationed at some specified religious sites.
